I was recently at the smoothie king on 16th Avenue laurel Ms,I stood at the window for about 10min, the people inside made eye contact with me several times but never even acknowledged the fact that I was standing there,they only had two cars in the drive thru and there was no sign out front saying drive thru only ,I eventually got tired of being disrespected and ignored,so I left ,and will no longer be visiting smoothie king establishments. Smoothie prices $7-$15 and cant break a $50 after waiting in line and getting to the window. Explained that was my only option and was told they could not break anything over a $20. Pouring out an already made smoothie instead of giving $35/$40 in change makes no sense. Was my 2nd attempt after another poor customer service experience last year, will not be a 3rd.
In the mornings, the staff is always friendly and helpful, but in the afternoons, the atmosphere changes completely. I often find them to be rude, unhelpful, and lacking basic courtesy like saying thank you or smiling. It's honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced. The girl who took my order even seemed to dislike her job.
This is my favorite Smoothie King in the area! They always fill my cup to the very top. The smoothies are always perfectly blended and consistent every time I visit. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. My go-to is the dark chocolate banana smoothie! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The smoothie are delicious and fulfilling. Smoothie King has several different sizes. Also, participate in the online survey. After completing the survey, you'll receive a dollar off your next smoothie.
First time to try Smoothie King was today. I downloaded their app and ordered the free 12 oz. Pumpkin Spice Vegan to give it a try. Great flavor. Excellent service by Madison.
