**Review of Smoothie King - Brentwood, TN (March 25th at 8:42 PM)**
I visited the Smoothie King in Brentwood, TN, which is supposed to close at 9 PM. However, upon my arrival, I found the door locked, with two employees inside—one shorter and one taller. I called the store, and the shorter employee answered the phone. I requested the corporate number but was told she didn't know it. I mentioned that even an email address would be helpful, but again I was met with “I don’t know,” and was told to come back in the morning.
When I asked to speak with the manager who was scheduled for that evening, I was informed there wasn't one present. Curious about who would be managing the following mornin...
I ordered my 20 oz vegan mango kale smoothie online at 3:16 pm. It told me it would be ready by 3:26 pm at the LATEST... but in reality, I didn't receive the smoothie until 3:40. I am not ok with this madness. Not only was it extremely late to be made, the women working were both just rude. I didn't even get an apology. Maybe if I received and apology for that I wouldn't be writing such a review.. (I was almost late to practice because of this so thanks a lot smoothie king on franklin road.?
This is one of the worst smoothie kings I have ever been to. The smoothies are fine, but they are supposed to be open at 7 AM, but I would say out of a dozen times I have ordered from this location, at least 50% of the time my order goes through and they are still closed when I get there for pickup. I understand things happen. But you should change your hours or something, because you are rarely open at 7 AM. Hell it’s usually closer to 8am when I get there and still not open.
I want to clarify that this isn't the fault of the staff member. I waited about 20 minutes just to place my order, and then another 20 minutes to receive it. It was 1:30 PM on a Sunday, and there was only one person handling orders, making smoothies, and doing everything else. I felt really sorry for the employee because more and more customers arrived, and some even left in frustration. No one should have to wait nearly an hour for a smoothie.

I can't believe they had just one employee handling a line of 20 people by herself. She definitely deserves a raise, and management really needs to improve! It's frustrating to spend your entire lunch break waiting for a smoothie. I won't be coming back!
We arrived at 7 pm on Sunday, expecting the place to be open until 8 pm, but they had already closed. When we questioned why they had their open sign up until 8 pm, they simply apologized and admitted they were closed. Additionally, she was rude.
The 5 stars are not for this place but for the poor girl they had working by herself today during lunch hours. She was working so hard, trying to get all the orders done and doing her best with No Help!She deserves a raise or a better job
I stood in the store for 10 full minutes. Someone was washing dishes in the back room, she looked out right at me and didn’t come out to help me. There was no one else working. Terrible.

By far the worst run smoothie king in the Brentwood Franklin area. Not only are they extremely slow but they do not properly train their staff to make the ingredients.
I've visited Smoothie King locations all over the United States, and I can honestly say that the service here is unmatched.
