It was after well 1h30 of road from bastia that we stopped at a beautiful village centuri with its pretty port. we decided to eat at sandrine and we didn't have to eat well but also met with "ton pierrot" 83 years old, it was with humour and frankness that tonton told us his experiences, in love with his country pierrot made us share a good time by tasting a hamburger made in corse for my husband and an excellent tex mex plate for my part! a family welcome with two young smiling waitress and a boss at the top thanks for this first nice meeting with the Corses!
On the road to the corse cap, a stop is imposed at sandrine. I don't regret anything. Flawless welcome, shaded terrace sea view, generous and excellent dishes, in short, we can only recommend this establishment. barely arrived, the aperitif is necessary, followed by a delicious meal. the rate is very soft, for an incomparable freshness. if you pass in this beautiful corner, you must not hesitate. visited on 12 June 2017
a very smiling welcome, a quick order made without worries. The paninis are rich (as compared to what is usually known in france), pizza was great and delicious and the salad was well garnished. The small plus is the small backdrop added to all ice creams (even those with 1 ball), ice creams with a wide choice of perfumes. The toilets are pretty and clean.Perfect for a snack that has, in addition, a beautiful sea view.

very good reception by young waitresses, friendly setting with sea view, meals for all budgets, from panini to pizza, to the coast of beef 900 grams, fish, etc. homemade fries.The terrace is very pleasant. We recommend it because we spent a pleasant and relaxing moment there.
sandrine and its daughters (maëva, aurélie) are in small care with a kitchen with excellent value for money, a terrace sea view and service of rare kindness...if you arrive by boat, turn right instead of following others in the center :)
Beautiful Creperie with a fairly wide menu. We had an omelet and one of their cheeses both very tasty and reasonable. Good and strict service. On the edge of the city just outside with great views of the coast right outside.
friendly staff, family management. It wasn't much of a choice but what we took was delicious including homemade desserts. I recommend it for a simple but delicious dinner.

This is Princeton's only pub as far as I can tell, and not a terribly divey one like some smaller BC towns offer.
Great food and very helpful staff.
