I'm not sure what changed at Snydersville Diner, but it used to be great. The waitresses were always friendly, but that’s no longer the case. The food was terrible, the service was slow and unfriendly, and they even charge a fee for credit or debit card payments. On top of that, the place had a musty, unpleasant odor. I won’t be eating there again. It’s disappointing because our family has been coming here for years, but the quality has steadily declined.
Walking into Snydersville Diner feels like stepping back into the 1970s, reminiscent of your grandma’s house. The service was painfully slow, despite the sparse crowd. The menu is large, but the waitress assured us everything was good and that she’d eat it herself. Unfortunately, the food was quite bland. It has the vibe of a small-town diner where the staff know all the regulars and their stories. It’s not really the place for visitors passing through.
I'm not sure what happened to this place, it used to be very good, the waitresses we're always very friendly, but not anymore. The food was awful, the service was slow and not friendly at all, and they have the nerve to charge a fee if you pay by creditor debit. Not to mention the smell, it was like an old musty house, yuck! I will never eat there again. It's a shame because ourfamily has dined there for years and it has consistently gone down hill.
Although I have not been here recently, I understand from a friend that the business sold and the quality suffered enormously. There was no seasoning whatsoever in the food. We had sirloin steak, salmon, cheese burger. Steak was rubbery, baked bean tasted like it wasn't fresh. Good thing was the fries and mashed potatoes was okay. Had they put some salt and pepper on their food, it would have been so much better. Anyway, the server was friendly and service was good.
My sister and I went in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I had the avocado toast, the burst of flavor I got from one bite was amazing. My sister raved over her feta cheese omelet. This diner will be on our goto list of restaurants. I'm sorry I didn't take pics this time around hopefully I don't forget on my next trip
I visited the diner for breakfast and I was left feeling quite disappointed. I wish I had just walked out. The food was overly salty, and my toast was burnt. The only dish that wasn’t salty was the eggs. Additionally, the waitress had a bad attitude. I won’t be going back again.

An excellent diner with delicious food and outstanding service. The breakfast is consistently satisfying, but I especially enjoy their dinner offerings.
