I visited last Sunday with my husband, and I was shocked by how terrible the experience was. There seemed to be an issue with the ventilation because my eyes were burning while we sat there. I asked our server (who was very good) about it, and she mentioned that the restaurant sometimes struggles with the AC system. I couldn't believe it; you could actually see a haze of smoke in the air. It felt like a sauna inside. We were seated at a table in the hallway near the thermostats, which read 85 degrees! It was so hot that steam was forming on the windows—I wish I had taken pictures. The server apologized and offered to move us, but we just wanted to finish our meal quickly and leave.
Great spot! They were able to accommodate ten of us pretty quickly and all outside as we wanted. They had a MAGICIAN?! He did card tricks while we waited for food. Almost lost my mind. Interior design was on point. Even the bathrooms were awesome. The menu was very creative. I'm not a creative eater, lol, but I still found a couple things I liked. They did run out of the sandwich I wanted. I'm not sure how a restaurant runs out of sandwiches, but the food I got instead was still good. The staff was nice, too. But the magician. Oh man! I have to say, I have never had a bad meal here. I love the French toast! It is excellent. Their **** Mary’s could be better, honestly, but that’s a minor thing. However, be warned if you eat here, their kitchen has terrible ventilation. You will have to wash every thing that you wear into this restaurant, your clothes will smell like old cooking oil.

This is an excellent spot to grab a bite if you're in downtown! The food was unique, delicious, and satisfying. The staff was friendly and appeared to genuinely enjoy their work, as shown by their interactions with customers and one another. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
The ambiance is outstanding. The drinks are incredibly innovative and delicious. The service was excellent as well. The atmosphere is full of creativity and great energy. I’d give it a perfect 10 out of 10, with nothing to improve.
I can bring anyone here for drinks and waffles that will make their whole week. Decadent and ridiculously carefree. Weird combos that make you realize other places are stuffy and bland ? ?
If you are a unique person looking for a unique experience, it is definitely the place to go ??
