We stayed in Sofitel and on the day of arrival did not want to go for dinner outside of the hotel. We read several skeptical reviews about this restaurant and were not too exited about going, but eventually still decided to try. We were really sorry we did not make an effort to go somewhere else. The quality of food at top prices is really poor. I have never tasted such terrible grilled octopus in my life, any beach tent in let’s say Barcelona serves 10 times better product at quarter of the price. luxury reception in a pleasant setting whether in the cosy lounges of the gardens, on the raised wooden terrace where the service of Corsican specialties and cocktails, among others, are very appreciable. the view over the entire gulf is magical, especially at the time of sunset. for the restaurant part it is semi-gastronomic with an attractive map, all with quality products, to the carefully and well-docked presentation. rather high prices but nothing surprising and there is also a snacking part with burgers etc. just as delicious. only flat, the few evening planes that pass over but it almost becomes a distraction when you sleep on the spot.
We had a very good experience, the staff is very friendly and kind. All the food we tried was amazing and fresh made with high quality ingredients! The desserts are amazing too!! Everything was done to please us, and what the environment!!!! Excellent!!!
Tonight, the table was not up to the frame or the quality of the service. stuffed calamars to the American saying "reinvented" mediocres, bar net out of the freezer. Too bad.

idyllic frame, stunning views of the Gulf of Ajaccio, top and beautiful buffet service. The eighties were delicious, the three chocolates were a slaughter. renewed!
