I always passed by this restaurant and I'm glad we finally decided to give it a try. The salsa for the chips was really tasty, I even asked for more. The octopus taco a la diabla was delicious, it was my first time trying it and I loved it. The beef molcajete was also great, with the salsa, meat, and cactus all delicious. The chicken tampiqueño was delicious as well, with tender chicken and a perfect side of rajas to go with it, and the enchiladas tasted like homemade tortillas. The micheladas were good too! I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
I am giving this place one star, but I wish I could give it zero stars. The service here is terrible. I waited 15 minutes just to order my food to go, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The employee who gave me my order mentioned that they do not check the orders - whatever the chef prepares is what the customers receive. There seems to be a lack of management, as when I spoke to the owner, Jose, he was just as rude as his staff. He didn't seem to care that his employees were rude and that they do not check the orders.
I believe there are a few good items on their menu, but I have had some negative experiences with this restaurant. When I called to place an order, they did not start preparing it until I arrived at the restaurant. Additionally, the last time I dined there, I got food poisoning from undercooked seafood. Although I occasionally order takeout from this place, I believe they need to ensure that all food is thoroughly cooked.

I was overloaded? was sitting for literally a order of carne asada pommes and 4 chicken tacos with my girl and was charged $112? so dirty smh . Maybe if the riders were not so tender and bad I wouldn't make it pay the extra $82. but not worth it at all. avoid this place!
