Sole Cafe is my favorite Korean restaurant in St. Paul! I have had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Kimberly, and I know she takes great pride in the food that she serves. So many traditional flavors it reminds me of my earlier travels to South Korea. It's worth the drive and make sure you try every item on the menu at least once! It's an authentic Korean experience you won't forget!
