Ein rundum sehr schönes Gesamtkonzept!Zuerst das wichtigste, das Essen: Geschmacklich und optisch waren einige der Gänge echte Meisterwerke. Immer wenn ich versuche, den Genuss lange zu halten, teile ich mir alles in Mini Portionen auf. Das hatte ich gestern Abend bei vier von sieben Gängen. Vielen Dank an den Chef. Eine hervorragend gute Weinempfehlung runden das Geschmackserlebnis ab. Auch hier ein Danke an den Service. Generell ein wirklich guter Service und ein schönes Ambiente. Zwei Punkte hätte ich aber doch: Die Hauptgänge unterscheiden sich in der Größe nicht von den Vorspeisen. Diese sollten wirklich etwas größer sein. However, both the fish and the pig’s main courses were somewhat disappointing, both fish and pork were a bit gum-like. Juan is an amazing chef and it is a privilege to have him cook for you. The restaurant is charming, but it's the food and personal service from Juan that makes it so.
Beautiful atmosphere and great attention from the staff. Juan came out several times to pay attention and explain each of the dishes and make sure they were.
The menu was fine at lunch, but there couldn't be a la carte! So if you don't like everything, you have a problem.
