My husband and I had the pleasure of eating here about a week ago. It was right in front of the church, so the dining room was quite empty. We are creatures of habit, so of course we sat at the bar. Let me tell you about the seats at the bar. I hate it when we sit down and the seat is too short, so I feel constantly slipping. Or the footrest is just a touch down so that my feet confuse like a child. These stools were the perfect size! They were perfect for my 5'7 frame, but also very comfortable for my 6' man. The restaurant has very good decor and is fairly clean. Our services was good. The waitress was helpful and explained the menu very items very well. However, let's get to why just 2 stars. We went with high expectations due to the excellent reviews we saw but upon tasting the food we began to wonder were was the good food or the taste. The guacamole yes was fresh and on point but the rest was bland and in desperate need of seasoning. Maybe the cook forgot were the seasoning shelf was. My wife had nachos and asked for queso that looked like yesterday's reheated leftover cheese. Not impressed. Needless to say we will not return here. There are better restaurants for authentic Mexican cuisine.
My boyfriend and I went here last week, and he got some tacos and I got cheese enchiladas with rice, which were really good. Their queso blanco and salsa were delicious as well, and our server was kind and attentive. I am knocking off one star because we got mango margaritas (mine was frozen and his was on the rocks), and even though he liked his, mine tasted like plastic. Way too expensive to not taste amazing. I wouldn’t mind going back to this restaurant, but I’ll pass on the drinks.

Best tex-mex and authentic plates as well. The staff is always friendly and polite. Now the food is always great I been a couple of times and everything is delicious!!! Kid-friendliness: They really friendly and understand that kids are going to be kids!!!! It was just ok. Nothing special. Alcohol was strong. Guacamole with meat was excellent. The wait staff was awful. Took forever to come take order but the funny part was the place was empty. The waiter acted like he didn't care to be there. Needless to say I won't be coming back. 2.5 out of 5.
Big city prices in a small town. I've been here several times now and I try to see what others see in it since its busy, but compared to others in the area I just dont see it. Expensive margaritas, the food is average at best. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Great friendly service me and my friends had a few 100 oz. tube which is 27$ not too bad had a great time!
