For our honeymoon, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Son Brull in Mallorca, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the tranquil atmosphere and the impeccable service provided by the staff. We went here for lunch at Bistro Son Brull. The menu promised Spanish tapas, paella and more. Unfortunately, both the quality and the taste were anything but Spanish, but English. The patatas bravas were red and white fries, the paellas were dry and without any taste or spices. In response to our complaint , the waiter said that we should have said when ordering that we would like the food to be seasoned, that they had spices and chili sauce there (didn 't even know that this belongs in paella). Uh???? As a compensation there was a free dessert (more bad food) instead of taking the price of the paella off the bill. The location of the hotel is also not very idyllic, quite close to an MA.
