My husband and I visited on Saturday afternoon, and it was pleasantly quiet! The service was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The interior is really charming, with plenty of seating options. I ordered the dirty strawberry with brown sugar tapioca boba, and it was absolutely delicious! I gave it a good shake before inserting my straw to mix everything well. It was around $8 for a large, and I would highly recommend it! So tasty!
Been here several times now. Drinks are good. Bowls are good. Its just when they're overwhelmed they start messing up orders. Ordered my first custom bowl, husband ordered their signature. Got home, looked at the bowls and realized they mixed our ingredients. Overall, we'd still come back. Just dine inside if you're eating. That way they have no choice but to fix any mistakes. Food: 4
This restaurant is adorable! The food is fantastic and the service is unbelievably quick, especially compared to other places nearby. For vegetarians, there's a wonderful veggie bowl. I dined in for lunch and spent around $10–20 per person. I rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the Lychee Dragon Fruit Boba and the Signature Poke Bowl!
The food is always good. However, you have to check your takeout order before you leave. Especially if it's an online order. Something is always wrong with the items in the poke bowls. This last time they didn't add the protein (tuna and spicy tuna) to either bowl we ordered. They routinely mix up toppings and sauces. It's not just a one time occurrence. The food is generally quite good, but this time I nearly lost my lunch because one of the shrimp pieces tasted incredibly fishy and unpleasant. The tuna has been decent, though. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place; it appeared that they hadn't swept or mopped in weeks. That's not exactly reassuring when you're ordering raw ingredients.
I have visited this place numerous times since their grand opening. The poke and bubble tea are always fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful! I forgot to mention that my drink had no passionfruit seeds in it, and the worker kindly made me a new one. That was so nice of them! The food is quite delicious, and the tea is enjoyable as well. However, for $14, I think they could definitely add more food to the plastic container. My poke bowl felt lacking in protein, and I also don't think the employee included any salmon, even though it was supposed to be in the bowl. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Lunch.
