The food is always good and hot and they are pretty fast most of the time, my only complaint is every single time we go they always get something wrong or they leave something out. I always get a blue coconut slush with nerds and they leave the nerdsout or make the wrong size slush for my husband who always gets the largest size drink or they don't put cheese on my cheesetots. They need to learn how to read the tickets apparently ???????????
Dropped in for a quick lunch with my children. I was having an emotional day. Tabitha was our carhop and she was so sweet and asked me if I needed anything, and I almost broke down in tears from her kindness of asking instead of handing us the food andwalking away.

It's okay, but I find the drinks too sweet with too much syrup. Also, some of the order stations at the Cypress Street location in West Monroe, LA, don’t work properly.
They finally got our order right. Was happy. However, the employees are rude and snide. Always check to make sure you got your entire order and that it's correct.
If they would just cook made to order. I don't like the patties cooked and stored in hot water. Buns are always cold. Dressing should be on both buns not just 1.
