Absolutely disgusting management. My brother just quit there recently after asking for a raise after he saw that most other places were hiring for more $11.50 at Sonic, $13 at Twisters, $14.50 at Panera Bread). The managers didn 't like him asking that, got very upset, and then proceeded to tell him to work harder to earn the raise . Isn 't that what bonuses are for, a reward for doing more? Keep in mind, he was already working extra shifts, doing extra things that not even the managers did, and they told him to work harder ?! He was doing more than the managers! WITHOUT BEING ASKED! We placed an online drink order(paid), we we arrived all parking stalls were coned off. So we had to go to the drive up window& wait in a long line that took forever. Worker at the window asked for payment again, we refused to pay again and had to show her that we had confirmation of payment. Got our drinks, half way home we realized that one of the drinks weren't what we had ordered. Drive thru was even more busy so I knocked on the door, another worker took my drink and took 2 more times for them to make the drink right, it was a coconut slush w/a real cherry fruit, not that hard. I’m giving a one star to the company as a whole. Any higher ups to the management, no matter what location I’ve heard of has treated their crew like garbage. As I have worked at the Belen location I have seen the mistreatment myself. And to see it continue for this many years unchecked is ridiculous! It’s no wonder the crew of this location walked out.Plus to even keep a crew in general in this company especially for the hogwash pay they give their crew is laughable. So to the people putting bad reviews, here’s a small tidbit of what actually when on at this location. And maybe people are starting to wake up and realize their worth. Rather than having big corporations take advantage of them.
As a former employee, this particular sonic has horrible management old food mold in the fridge a lack of respect for their customers and employees a lack of work ethic an ice cream machine that barely operates machines that have been broken for months that should already be fixed rat droppings inside the fryers circuitryand finally... food that is stored next to chemicals, food that is stored at high temps, food that is out for hours on end, spoiled food, and food that is stored next to moldPlease consider these facts before you decide to order from that store

In 2022, it can be challenging to find good employees, but I was shocked by the lack of customer service at this restaurant. The person taking my order seemed careless and uninterested in their job, and several cars left the drive-thru line without ordering. When I finally reached the window, the staff had a dismissive attitude and made mistakes with my order. I hope that the management reads this review and makes improvements to ensure better service in the future.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant! I sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for a simple order while watching other cars pull up and get their orders before me. I tried buzzing to check on my order with no response. When I went inside, I was told that my attitude was bad and they would serve me. It felt like they just wanted to give me a free meal!
The milkshake chili cheese dog at this restaurant is incredibly American. I typically don't use fast food apps, but with their sweet tea and ice cream/shakes, I decided to give it a try. I found some tasty deals on the app that matched my preferences. Overall, what you see is what you get with most items from Sonic.
I had lunch and a few drinks. I had ordered a burger and when I opened it (not even 2 minutes after the payment) I took a bite, and it was really cold. it tasted like it was sitting there for 2 hours. I was looking forward to a warm meal and everything I got was this cold burger.

I received my food promptly and it was prepared exactly as I requested. If there are no available spots for pick-up when ordering through the app, you can simply go through the drive-thru. Overall, it was a fantastic experience - convenient and quick.
