I had mixed feelings about my visit to Sonic Drive-In. The highlight of my experience was the fast service. However, the food left much to be desired. The fries were disappointing—small portions that were tasteless, limp, and lukewarm, resembling the leftovers before fresh batches arrived. The sandwich was decent, and the Diet Dr. Pepper was enjoyable, but since the quality of the fries is so crucial to the meal, I wasn't satisfied. On the positive side, the ordering process was efficient, and the menu was colorful and easy to read.
The food was tasty, but there was a mistake with our order. At first, we received someone else's order. However, after informing the staff, they promptly brought us our correct order and did not charge us because of the mix-up, which was nice. I'm not going to complain about getting free food, but I would have been willing to pay for our order to be correct the first time. By the way, the Limeade slushy was fantastic!
Rarely does it give me pleasure to give a negative review. This is one of those places that have EARNED my rath. I despise this place. Time and again they fail at the simplest of tasks. The drive thru is a nightmare with no end. Pergetory. Pleaseavoid this place for your sanity. I refuse to give them anymore chances to redeem themselves. They've had plenty already. Hopefully this place gets flattened by a tornado.
The food is decent, but it's fast food. They offer Chicago-style hot dogs, which I enjoy. The tater tots are delicious. Currently, they have a special menu item featuring Philly cheesesteaks, which is pretty good. The service is average, as they are often slow and the staff can be inconsistent. They are generally friendly, but could benefit from customer service training.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches no mayo. They came out and you could see where they wiped the mayo off both of them. Blue razz ice cream slush. Was white no flavoring. Literally just an ice cream sushi. All together horrible.
Love Sonic! Probably the best onion rings I have had. Chicago dog was good. Chili cheese dog was good. People with me loved their burgers. Fed 3 people for $28. Fast service.
Fast service and amazing food. Their onion rings are made fresh. The Cherry limeade is so refreshing.
