Ordered on the app, just 2 sonic blast and 1 shake. Checked in and waited 10 minutes, then our order screen went away. Hit the call button after 15 minutes and they said they are backed up. Hit the call button at 35 minutes and they said the same thing, they are backed up. 40 minutes later and it's finally delivered. Once I got home and gave my wife her blast we realized they made it wrong. We ordered an Oreo blast add peanut butter and they just gave us a peanut butter shake, so after 40 minutes they couldn't even get it right. the people that serve you are always nice, but they never get your order right. i have not once gotten my order the way i ordered it from here, ive grown up around here and it was never nonchalant like that. i order chili cheese fries for example and get tots, or i order a large water and they give me a medium, THAT or i order a cherry limeade or ocean water and it literally tastes like sprite. im just saying maybe their boss needs to go over regulations again because i worked at sonic before and our cherry limeade's and stuff like that always had enough syrup.
