The only reason that I'm giving some 3 star answers is because most of their touch screens are not working which makes things slightly difficult since that is what they are relying on to receive payment for their orders and it interferes in the interaction between worker and customer, other than that, Their food is always good and of good quality and most of their workers are friendly and fastKid-friendliness: The Wacky Packs are always fun and the food is great all the little kids in my family enjoy the food and the toys contained there in.
This was our second visit to this Sonic and we were disappointed both times. The first time, we ordered a cone of ice and they only gave us enough ice to cover about half an inch above the cone. When we asked the staff about it, they just ignored us. The next night, we tried again and ordered a hot fudge sundae. Once again, we were disappointed as the cup was only half full of ice and the whipped cream was melted. When we questioned the server, she also ignored us. We won't be returning to this Sonic again.
sonic is one of the top places to get good service and good food. but they have changed the pickles and patty, and it's not good as it was. they give the burger a sweet, strange taste, and the patty can't be all bark. the taste is off. we all love the leaflet, tweeper rings, cheddarpfeffer drinks and all other foods. but the pickles have to be changed back to dill. and the pattys have to go back to all the bark. no fillers.
Employee was uppity and rude. What I ordered wasn't available on the app and had a digital card that would have to be entered manually and the car hop said she could. It took me a minute to get into where I could see the numbers so waved her on and the next one was very rude and insisted it couldn't be done. The food at this restaurant is delicious and the desserts are excellent. It's a fantastic place for a quick sweet treat. The service is also good. Stop by for a meal or a quick snack. It's very kid-friendly, with pictures of the food to help children make choices.
The service was quick and the staff was very welcoming. I was disappointed that I couldn't taste the new double-filled Oreo shake, as I was really looking forward to trying it.
I had a wonderful experience overall, but I am disappointed that the ice cream cones have been removed from the menu. Why did you make that decision?

I had to repeat my order four times, but they still got it wrong. The burger and tater tots were both old and overcooked.
