From 9/4. This rating is a reflection of the service, not the food. After at least 12 minutes waiting for someone to respond to the order request button, I left. Granted, they were busy, the drive-thru line was nearly backed up to the road. What I don't understand is how the last vehicle in the drive-thru ine can make it all the way through the line, get their order and depart before anyone even answers my call button.9/8. Tried one last time today. Never again, I watched 3 other cars move from stall to stall trying to order. We had to wait for so long I could understand if they were busy but there were only three other vehicles at the stalls but having to wait over an hour and a half for just two meals in Wich they had messed up 3 times and then the manager refused to refund us our money even though we had not touched it and was giving it back after the fourth time in getting it wrong and the only PROFESSIONAL COURTESY THAT THIS Gentleman knew of to do is to tell us Sorry but no refunds it's not something he can handle because due to the fact of new staff but yes your order that we got wrong 4 times is $24.56 ?????. ....... Um ? WOW YEA UGH NO THANKS NEVER AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM EVER IN ALL MY LIFE
We pulled up into the drive thru and waited 30 minutes to just drive up to the interncom. We had place a order for 3 medium m&m blasts, then proceeded to wait for a whole hour in the line. Once we finally managed to get to the window one of the worker asked if we order the blasts and we said yes, they then told us it would be another 10 minute wait, which I do not blame these works they're trying their best but they should have told us when we where ordering. So in the end we just drove off.
I love Sonic but I don’t think my order should take 30 minutes. We were actually there for a full hour before we received everything on our order. When I went to the door I was told the ice cream machine wasn’t freezing. When they delivered our order they forgot our fountain drinks. Another 15 minutes no drinks. After calling again we waited and finally gave up.

Management needs more experience in customer service food is cold ice cream is melted yet Diego the manager can never do his job and show his face to fix the problem management seems to be the critical issue here

Was better back in the day, sad to see the slow decline. I guess that's par for the course in the area. Nothing has improved yet nothing is the same.

The servers and staff members who took our order were fantastic. They were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our dining experience.
Slowest drive through I have ever been to. Over 30 min just to get to the order box.
