Waiting at the speaker for over 15 minutes and nobody would answer (because their music was so loud they can?t hear anything on the speaker or when someone pulls up. Mind you we are in a loud truck) . We pull forward and the people behind us get to order right away. We finally got to order when we called one of the employees over. She gave us major attitude when she had to take our order. The employees here give you major attitude and dirty looks. I get it?s a fast food joint but they should treat their customers how they would like to be treated by others.
No quality control. I'm having to skip a meal because they got the order wrong again. When it's prepared properly, it tastes great, usually. Even then, don't expect to order the same thing twice. A large drink is sometimes a lot smaller somehow. My order is going straight in the garbage. What a waste. Oh, also order three meals for two people, otherwise one of you is going without food. Also, sometimes you can't even order because they close early.
Ordered large tots and this is what I got. Stale not even Large quantity. I liked this location but this is like the 4th time it happens
Love my sound shakes. Waiting was a bit long the other day. Not sure what was going on because they weren't busy.
