I love the concept of sonic but our food took so long. Two corndogs, three slushes 1 large fry and med tots took at least 15 mins. Possibly more but I stopped counting. Also the menu prices and the price charged weren't the same. Each item was 10 cents more than the menu price listed. Also the size of what was ordered was so disappointing. I got a large fry for my kids to share sinxe it was arounf $2 for a small and $3.60 for a large. The size of it just seemed so small and not even filling the container made me wonder how small a small is. I paid near $5 for chili cheese tots and I think it had like 10 or less tots. It all tasted good and the young man that brought out the food was friendly...
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were now twice at this special Sonic, and both times we were unable to get food because the service was not existent, literally. The first time we went was about a year ago, and I don't remember the day, but it was during normal business hours. The lights were up, but apparently no one was so to speak at home because we waited up on the ride without answer. The second time they were definitely open because there were cars in the drive, but these cars were at least 20 minutes in the same place (they were there before us). After about 25 minutes waiting with not even a single employee who welcomed us, we gave up and decided that we would never return to thi...
Sonic is sonic all food flavor equal. I've been here many times and told them I want shredded cheese instead of sandwich cheese and always seems to get sandwich cheese so I won alone? The lady in the car thru insisted that she heard everything we said for our order and got a posture and still failed. We asked for light Mayo light ketchup and the sandwich literally had extra of both I asked for bacon on a burger and the bacon was missing. The cheese part bothers me because when I made an offer from my phone a did a replacement slice cheese the frits came out, so obviously a business mistake was all the other times, which is why they get two stars.
It took 20 minutes for only 2 strokes (at least another car was there). Customer service is not existent. When my drink finally came out, it wasn't even the right thing to know the lady that she said rudely, good I didn't make it. At first nobody said that you did it, we only informed you that our order was wrong and if it could help us fix the problem. Luckily, I don't live nearby, so I don't have to go back.
