When we began to place our order, it felt rushed, as if we were interrupting and bothering the staff. The food was decent, but it was presented poorly. We ordered a shake, and it was already dripping down the side of the cup when we received it. Additionally, when we took the cheeseburger out of the bag, the wrapper was not secured properly, causing juices from the tomato and mayo to leak out. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of pride in customer service and presentation.
The only reason this review isn’t one star is because of the employees are actually trying to do their best. However, whoever the leadership is needs to start doing their job. Every time I go, it seems like over half the screens/buttons don’t work, their machines constantly out of order. The food used to be good. Worst of all, this used to be a nice location, now it seems just overall worn down and has graffiti on some of the talk boxes. I don’t get it, what happened?
Terrible experience. We've been coming to this Sonic for many years, and the quality and service has gone down. We ordered a chicken sandwich which contained a shriveled little piece of chicken not even big enough for the bun. We ordered shakes and blasts which weren't filled to the top. This has occurred the past few times so maybe a money saving tactic for the company. The popcorn chicken was mostly breading.
I was treated extremely poorly during my visit. When I finally received my order, the Tater Tots were cold. To make matters worse, when I emptied the container, I found bits of old popcorn chicken and remnants of stale French fries. It felt like I was served the leftovers—absolutely disgusting. Sonic on Pontchartrain in Slidell I think it's not about help, but about the staff. Every time I was there you play around and have no supervision that I can say or deteriorate that the supervisor also plays. Eat well, but they get my order wrong all I'm going.
Consistent about things. Make sure to order online. Manager will promise the refund, but will not happen. It happened to me a few times. I can only imagine how often it has happened overall, and how much money the company has saved / made.
There is a need for better customer service. I have something different from what I ordered, the server was not very close and did not ask us if we needed anything else. She left the bag and was on a flash. The Tator dead were good.

Consistently the worst Drive In experience in Slidell. The workers are doing what the can, but the leadership has just dropped the ball on every aspect of running a business.
