I was really looking forward to having Sonic for dinner, but my husband and I were incredibly disappointed. Everything tasted poorly prepared; it felt like there was no effort put into our meals. I ordered a cheeseburger that came with a soggy bun and lacked flavor. I also got a Frito cheese wrap, which was mainly just a tortilla and looked nothing like the pictures. My husband ordered a cheeseburger as well, but it had no condiments and was extremely dry. The only thing we genuinely enjoyed were the tater tots! I'm shocked by the difference between the advertised pictures and what we actually received; it's a complete misrepresentation. I hope you all have a good evening.
Worst drive-thru experience of my life! Avoid it at all costs. After waiting in the drive-thru line for over 25 mins, almost half my order was room temperature. I ask for them to give it to me hot and fresh only for them to return a few minutes later with the items at the exact same temperature. I mean, really!? Did they think I wouldn't notice!
I went to pick up lunch that my coworker ordered for like 5 of us. When they bring the food I specifically ask Did you double check it? and she said yes. I went back to work and my coworker started separating the food only to find out that 2 tots and cheese. I was highly irritated as I ASKED!
I don't know why this location happens the worst sonic I had ever been at. I don't know they are understaffed or poorly trained, ? maybe a combination. Sonic is actually a good brand but this location is the abnormally bad.

Overall, the experience was quite smooth and efficient, with no significant problems. My order was accurate, but it did take a reasonable amount of time to arrive. I suspect they were a bit understaffed.
The line was incredibly slow; we had to wait a long time, and I only noticed two staff members working. Thankfully, the food was excellent.
Waited a VERY long time for luke warm food. Happened twice at this location. Don't go if in a hurry.

For Sonic, it was good. The food was good and the people seemed nice.
