Today was the last I've had it with sonic in winfield. Made an order on the app for a blast. Get there, the boards aren't working for 1, then I get told they were out of ice cream. So I would have to go online and ask for a refund. Called and the first person that answered was incompetent. Called again and have a refund processing (7-10 days) This sonic is the worst, have had tickets lost, always out of something, been told they will handle the refund in store but now I wonder if they ever did. From what I've seen on previous bad reviews, the owner is hateful as well. So before you (owner) tell me to call the 1-800# I already have.
The food is usually good. And the poor carhop’s are ALWAYS understaffed (thanks COVID) and very friendly. The reason I gave only two stars is because I have been here twice in the last two months and several stalls are not working. Either the lights are out and you can’t see the menu, the microphone/speaker doesn’t work, the red button doesn’t work, or the card reader/ touch screen doesn’t work. Also, the landscaping needs to be done. This makes our town look bad because sonic is one of the first businesses you see coming into town.
Me and my family had went to get a milkshake. Every stall except for about 6 were closed. The stall we was at we pressed the button but no one took our order.. would say we will be right back ....and presses the button and the same thing happened. It's terrible at this place anymore. It had been a long while since we had been there cause of how bad it's gotten. Now I know....third time is a charm cause we won't be going back.
$30 for a couple of corn dogs and a burger combo. There were buzzers going off the whole time we were trying to order. Our food was taken to someone else's car and the dude took it back and gave it to us. When we asked for ketchup they were so stingy they only gave us two packets!! ? corn dogs are raw, onion rings are raw. No napkins or salt? What happened to Sonic?

Every time I visit Sonic in Winfield, I encounter issues. On three or four occasions, I've waited over 30 minutes for my order and eventually had to drive away. Other times, there would be something wrong with my order. I've decided to stop going there altogether.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needs to be shut down, if you’re not able to serve your customers then don’t stay open
Drove off last time I was there.. I sat there 30 mins and just a small amount of food shouldn't take 30 mins
