This might be the worst Sonic restaurant in Texas. The management and staff are consistently rude and unprofessional, especially when you point out their mistakes. My order has been incorrect three times in a row, and when I've asked for a replacement, they have refused to help and won't issue a refund either. I tried to give them a chance, but I won't be coming back.
I ordered the popcorn chicken for $4.99, and I was really disappointed to find only four tiny pieces in the container. This was the worst Sonic experience I've had, especially given the high price. To top it off, I didn't even receive the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it!
I ordered a chili dog and tater tots. The chili dog was the saddest thing I have ever seen. There was barely any chili and what chili there was on it was runny and thin. It had no flavor. I was totally disappointed but this is why I rarely eat at Sonic.
I deleted the app since they decided to update it and now it doesn 't work. And since a large drink is $4 without the app, I 'm not going anymore at all. The service is always great when I did go though. Sweet people working Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant was bustling, but the service was quick and excellent! Lyssa was extremely polite and helpful!
