This has happened to me twice now from sonic in lindsay, tonight I have ordered a number 2 and asked for cheddar bites, well when I got home to eat I noticed my fry wasn't in my sack or my receipt, so i go back up to sonic and the lady at first told me and my friend she just assumed we didn't want our frys because of the cheddar bites; then she tried to make it seem like it was mine and my friends fault because we didn't tell them we still wanted the French fries so I told the lady she should ask her customer instead of assuming and to top it all off LINDSAY SONIC TRIED TO CHARGE ME AND MY FRIEND FOR THE FRIES WE DONT BOUGHT AND PAID FOR PRIOR
I received my order in under 4 minutes, which was impressive. The food was fresh and tasted just as I expected. The carhop was friendly, especially considering they were the only one working. As a manager at my own Sonic, I pay attention to various factors people look for, such as the freshness of the food, flavor, presentation, drinks, store atmosphere, speed of service, and friendliness. They excelled in every aspect. Thank you, Crazy Cooper, for your delightful smile that brightened our day!
1/3 of the menus don’t work (and haven’t worked in weeks). Visualized employees walking to work that looked like they had been working in a tire shop (they were filthy). They have trouble taking orders. We have to repeat everything twice (even though we speak as slow and plain as we can). Management really needs to get better control of this place.
