I apologized and explained that I didn’t have it, but I could see that she was irritated and defensive, trying to prove her point. She turned away without saying anything else, and I assumed she would retrieve the juice for me. I was taken aback that there was a dispute over a single drink request. Rather than apologizing and offering to help me, she seemed annoyed that I was asking for something I didn’t have. Frustrated and unwilling to wait for someone who was clearly upset, I decided to leave and drove away disappointed. I was only asking for one additional drink, and it wasn’t like I was trying to get something for free—I had already paid for everything. I eventually found the missing...
I don't know if this place has had a change in management, but it's freaking exceptional!! I work on the road that it's on and I quit going here for awhile cause the bun would be hard as a rock and the fries were always half cooked and cold. Stopped in yesterday and went back today!! Way to rebound guys!! Exceptional cooked and prepared food! A+
The experience was quite good, but I rated it four stars because it took a long time for my food to arrive, and I had hardly ordered anything. They claimed my gift card wasn't working, even though it wasn't expired and had a balance of $50. They mentioned that their machine was broken. I recommend avoiding using gift cards at this place.
The service here is consistently outstanding. The chicken sandwich is fantastic, and their strawberry slushes are always delicious. I used to go to the Sonic in Springhill, but the service there was poor, so I've stopped going. Now, I only visit this location when I'm at work in Brentwood. They really know how to do things right! I absolutely love the onion rings here, and the kids get really creative with their drinks! I can't figure out how they achieve those vibrant colors—it remains a mystery! Even with years of experience in chemistry labs, I could never create anything as cool and luminous as those drinks!

Great food, fast service, but when you need to call them(no syrup in drink ETC) it goes straight to voicemail ?I?m sorry, but the person you?re trying to reach has a voicemail that has not been set up yet?
