While Sonny's BBQ is renowned for its consistent quality, excellent service, and value, my recent visit to this location left much to be desired. Despite their reputation for freshly prepared, flavorful dishes, the St. Louis dry rub ribs fell short of expectations.It's uncertain whether the ribs were cooked earlier in the day or even the day before my visit. While I appreciate the concept of a dry rub, it shouldn't result in meat that's lukewarm and excessively dry. Unfortunately, these ribs were undersized, tough, and lacked moisture, greatly diminishing their appeal. I was nervous to eat here cuz you walk into multiple now hiring signs up. Sure enough the service was questionable at best. Anyone we dealt with seemed annoyed with us. Our server wasn't seen after dropping off the food and was just sitting on the other side of where we were. The tables were at least set up well with salt, pepper, ketchup, 4 styles BBQ, and a whole roll of paper towels. However I wasn't offered a refill on my drink but managed to get one to go. Sides definitely could have been larger. Everything was very flavorful but I definitely needed to utilize that roll of paper towels. It smells so great walking up and it tastes amazing I just wish service had been better.

I purchased a full slap of St.Louis with fries and Broccoli. Getting ready to eat the ribs I noticed that they don't remove the Membrane from the meatThat is disappointing and not good at all . Upon calling the manager on duty confirmed that they do not remove that Skin and that is one of the nastiest things I have ever seen. I have never experienced this I really don't know how I feel besides being disappointed and sick at the same time .

When I say this will be my last time going to Sonny's I mean it. The ribs were extremely dry and tough. The side items were cold. I can't understand how you would even serve someone this type of food. Very disappointing! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I ordered through the drive through. The brisket was the best out of the order. I got a bake potato with cinnamon not sure why that happened. The other items on the list were not tasteful either. They were dried out.

Ribs were cold and dry cooked the day before probably more than likely. Yes baked beans were cold. Food is definitely going into the microwave the next day such a disappointment.
