Visited this restaurant for the first time with a group of work collegues while in Shelburne. It is located in the Shelburne Mall, and if not looking for it, you will miss it. The menu has numerous choices and there were three lunch specials. Each of us had a different lunch item and everyone commented on the good food. Chicken noodle soup appeared and tasted like home made. I had a hot chicken sandwich which came with mashed potatoes, turnip, carrots and cole slaw ($9.50). Lots of chicken and vegetables were fine. We stopped here 5 years ago and had to go back when we stopped in Shelburne this month.My wife had the mile high pie and it was just as good this time as it was last time.It is not a fancy place to eat but rather a down home place.I had the Lobster roll and it was good.We will eat there if we ever go back to Shelburne.
came recommended by the motel. it was close so we gave it a try.cute place. nice list of specials to choose from. no lobster today. Jeff had the burger w/grilled onions, which he enjoyed. it came withcoleslaw & fries. my shrimp platter & fries were good.

Sophia's Cafe was recommended and we went there twice at very normal eating times and it was closed. Not many places to dine in Shelburne so this caused us problems. I won't be trying the 3rd time.
Food here is good. Large portions and home style foods. This is a good place to eat when you are hungry but do not expect anything gourmet, just good old fashioned home style cooking.
Its just a must to be here.... if you are travelling in this area you will want to savour the delightful smells of the cafe and enjoy your lunch/dinner! o
