Sophie's Catering Baking

My grandparents lived on East 260th Street, and every Christmas my grandmother Josephine Somrak Traina baked up a storm. Her potica (nut roll) recipe is unmatched to this day. My aunt sent me one of Sophie's poticas, and I have to say it is one of the best I've had since my grandmother's last batch. My aunt and sister knew a few ladies who baked, but they can't compare anymore. Kudos to Sophie for the amount of work that goes into baking this delicious and rare treat.

I must say this is one of the best I`ve had since the last time I had Gramma`s. My aunt and my sister knew a couple of ladies that baked, but can no longer make it. Sofie's catering is the top choice in town! My family has used her services for almost every party we've hosted. Her chicken, roast beef, potatoes, and green beans are the absolute best! We couldn't imagine having a party without her catering.

The nutroll from Sophie's is absolutely the most indulgent dessert I've had all year. My first taste was truly life-changing.
