The gluten-free chocolate chip pound cake with butter cream freezing was amazing!! Guests at our daughters reception still comment on how delicious the cake was...unsafe that it was gluten-free! The cake was moist with great taste and beautiful design. Thank you to Kathy for being so easy to work. The cake tasting morning at Sophisticakes was our favorite part of the wedding planning process!!!!
Thanks for having such a delicious and beautiful cake for my 40. made a birthday. I was nervous about getting a gluten-free cake. The cake was so delicious that nobody knew it was gluten-free. When I told my family, they were all shocked. We all, though the cake was amazing. I'll be back for other baked goods during the holiday. The cake was vanilla with butter cream icing. Just amazing!
