Sora Sushi Ibiza - Tisch resevieren

This might only be the 2nd time I’m writing a review while still sitting in the restaurant. I’ve owned a Japanese restaurant concept myself and I have to say this is hands down by far and wide one of the best sushi experiences outside of Japan I have ever had, maybe the best. The flavor combinations are absolutely incredible, consistency temperature of the rice couldn’t be better. The miso aubergine starter is definitely the best miso aubergine I have ever tried. I’m usually sceptical when people praise a place this much but this is absolutely 100% warranted. If you enjoy seeing how fresh your nigiri, sushi, maki or sashimi is then Sora is perfect! You can sit up at the bar and literally watch your food being cut from the freshest pieces of raw fish: The flavours are exquisite and service outstanding. We also had a the Peruvian Classic Ceviche which had a real kick to it, loved it! The Botafoc marina isn't the easiest place to park but definitely worth a short walk to enjoy this great place.
