Genuinely the best bingsoo I've EVER had in America!!! I'm Korean and have tried authentic bingsoo at cafes in South Korea. It's been 4 years since I last went, and ever since then, I have been hunting for a place in America that is just as good as what I had in Korea. After many failed attempts, this place absolutely blew me away! I ordered the matcha mugwort bingsoo. When it came out, I was shocked at how big it was! The teas and coffees here are delightful, and with so many options, I often find it hard to decide. They even make their own condensed milk, which is lighter and less sweet than the canned version—a nice touch! The atmosphere is incredibly cute, and they even sell tea sets if you're interested in purchasing one.
For larger groups, they have a traditional Korean seating area where you can sit on the floor at a smaller table. The service is fantastic; after you place your order through your phone, the staff brings over your drinks and food, and they frequently check in to see if you need any extra milk or sugar.

How have I never written a review for my beloved Soricha?! I first came here with my sisters when they first opened in ~2016. We just fell in love with this place the fragrant teas, the nubby wooden spoons, the rustic ceramics. The whole experience was akin to stepping into a special little world in the middle of Annandale. Whether you order the teas, waffle, bingsoo, it's all just incredible. This is the most magical little tea house that takes you to a peaceful place and lets you unwind. Cool interior cafe vibes with traditional Korean furniture. We shared a crowaffle, rice cake waffle with ice cream and black sesame bingsoo. All three were divine. Crowaffle is sweeter than rice cake waffle (because it's drizzled w honey). I LOVED both. Rice cake waffle has a chewier bite majority at table preferred rice cake waffle. Bingsoo was MASSIVE. It came out in a giant nengmyun bowl very reasonably priced. It was so nutty, refreshing, and not too sweet. There is a register. There is also a QR code to order food/drinks on each table for convenience.
This is my favorite dessert spot! Make sure not to fill up before you arrive, because the bingsoo portions are enormous and every bite is delightful! The black sesame bingsoo is fantastic! If you're visiting with a group, be sure to order some tea. They have an excellent selection, and each one pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the desserts. I can’t wait for my next visit!
What a fantastic space! I really appreciate the open atmosphere, the Korean antiques, and the seating options that allow for floor seating. I also truly enjoyed my lychee drink! I'm not sure if they host traditional Korean music performances, but it definitely seems like a perfect setting for that. I'm looking forward to returning!
Had the Brown Redbean Assam tea latte and it was very tasty. Apparently it is a new item as well. My wife had the Rugosa Rose Tea, and the flavor was delightful. We also had the Cro Waffle with green tea ice cream, which was also amazing. The staff was kind and helpful. High recommend.

Nice cozy spot in Annandale with delicious shaved ice for hot summer. I recommend people to check this place out during hot weather and try their shaved ice deserts!!
Best quality Bingsoo in the town. I'm going here and nowhere else. I wish it was better and a little bigger like Korea.
