Sorrento - Tisch resevieren

The Hotel Sorrento does it all it provides a variety of accommodation, food from breakfast through to dessert, spa facilities, a bar, a bottle shop. It also does corporate and private functions, has water views and offers trips to nearby golf courses and wineries. I'm exhausted just thinking about it. I only visited the bar so I can't comment on the other offerings. The bar is in the beautiful historic sandstone building and still has original features like the fire places, but otherwise the interior is functional by very ordinary looking. We arrived a few hours earlier than the 2pm check in time, and asked to see if there was a possibility to check in early, not expecting to check in hours earlier but just to see if we could get in before the afternoon hours. The young, condescending and passive aggressive girl at reception just said well check in is at two, sooooo . Every hotel I have ever stayed will at least tell you they will check, provide a slight air of customer service. We had lunch, came back at 1:45, she wouldn 't acknowledge us until 2:03. Get a clue your in the service industry

The quality of food at the Hotel Sorrento has improved out of sight in recent months. Well done to everyone involved in providing a top-quality product. I had the Vietnamese chicken salad and it was flawless. Sooooo delicious. My partner had the fillet steak and he said it was cooked to perfection. A few weeks back we had a burger in the front bar and it was exceptional. Seriously, you guys are nailing it at the moment. Keep up the great work! We will be back soon to enjoy your hotel once again!

The Sorrento Hotel is certainly a pretty big pub. In fact it seems to have a reputation down in the area for being one of the best pubs there (if the gossip on the bus was anything to go by). Well, I certainly can't argue with that, particularly since the two times that I have been here for a beer I have been pretty impressed. There are a number of bars here, including a couple of decent outdoor and roof deck bars. Oh, and there are decent number of craft beers on tap as well. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Venue is nice but service and food are really disappointing (and IT is well overpriced... Plates look great, colorful and use a lot of fresh herbs...but taste is bland with A clear lack seasoning. We tried multiple things: grilled barramoundi, gnocchi, chicken parma, rustic fries and i Would not recommend any of these. Only the seafood platter was appreciated with live oysters, mussels and large prawns.

Disappointment is a word my mother used on me once as a child but i would never thought it would be the word i would use to use on the food at hotel Sorrento. Salmon pizza contained a small piece of smoked salmon on every slice on the frozen pizza base they would of used. Goat cheese must still be in the mountain with the goat itself as it was not on my pizza.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly, but the food and drink service was slow. We waited over an hour for our order to arrive. Parking at the restaurant was also limited. Service: 1 Location: 2

Good decent pub food. Eye wateringly expensive as is everything else down here. Soooo much better than the Portsea Hotel

Impressive pleasingly Mt Martha is not too far, so we look forward to returning.
