GOOD PIZZA POOR SERVICE Everything is ordered at the bar. Beer at one register and food at yet another register. Separate transactions. You are given a number to take back to where you sit, even if you ordered ONE beer. In addition, I sat at the bar and could NOT order anything unless I got up and walked over to the register locations. It’s absolutely absurd. If you want something else while you are eating, like a beer, you have to GET UP and go to the register. Very poor idea considering you go to a restaurant to be SERVED food. Also, VERY expensive beers.
Amazing! The staff are proactive and friendly; they made my partner and me feel welcome and always took great care of us. The venue is stunning, with an impressive attention to detail—it's a beautiful place for aesthetic photos. The music selection, along with the volume and lighting, was just perfect. Lastly, the food was fantastic and authentic. I definitely need to return to try everything I didn’t have a chance to sample. A big thank you to the Jarrah team for making our stay in Perth so special!
My husband and I went lastnight for his work Christmas party and were amazed by the amount of options for me to eat, being Coeliac. Great atmosphere, delicious food and great service. We'll definitely be going again. Vegetarian options: I noticed there were many options for vegetarians. Parking: There is ample parking around the boat harbour so no issue finding parking. Dietary restrictions: I am Coeliac and was blown away by the amount of options I had to choose from.
We have been to Jarrah so many times however, each time we visit the portions get smaller. Today we paid $16 for 5 small pieces of squid and $10 for a tiny bowl of cold chips. We gave so many chances to this place but have decided we won’t be dining there again. Very expensive compared to other places at the harbour and the food quality unfortunately is not great. I paid 42 bucks for a fresh snapper that was absolutely ridiculous. The portion was extra small, with no flavour or texture at all. It was just two tiny pieces of a poached fish, (Didn 't feel any kind of spices) with six or seven gnocchis, three olives and a bland withe sauce. I just can 't get why do you guys charge that much for such a disappointing dish. I 'd never go back to this place again...
The food is delicious, and the friendly staff creates a fantastic atmosphere. There are plenty of dining areas where you can enjoy a meal and have a cocktail or two. I had dinner here, and it was a great experience!
