Nothing fancy but fantastic food. Ate at Sorriso while visiting Kamloops after searching for a reasonably priced Italian place on urbanspoon. Was definitely not disappointed. Had a dish of gnocchi with meat sauce and a nice glass of red wine all for under $23 total. Gnocchi was fresh and delicious and was great to see the chef making the fresh pasta in the kitchen while I waited and ate. Lacks a lot in atmosphere and staff seemed to be a little more concerned with the 'regulars ' drinking at the small bar than waiting on the few diners, but nothing can be taken away from the food at all. Pasta to die for..... So, We have only recently stumbled into this little restaurant and what a find! They have the most lovely fresh pasta and their homemade meat sauce is fragrant, flavourful, incredibly savory and rich. We came for a dinner one eve and had the seafood conglioni (spell? oh wow! The seafood was not fishy and really fresh and the alfredo sauce is litterally to die for. So creamy, garlicky and real parm. Their Deli counter leaves your mouth watering you must check them out.Dont let this wonderful, family run business go by the wayside!

Best Pasta in Kamloops. The homemade sauce, meatballs and pasta at Sorriso continue to be the best in town.<br/ <br/ Great memories of bringing 4 hungry friends in for dinner during high school and the owner bringing us five heaping plates of spaghetti and meatballs no one could finish.<br/ <br/ After eating here over 30 times over the course of ten years, the quality has remained consistently excellent.

Only meal in kamloops and my entire family is happy. My picky 5 year old said he wants to return everyday. We were able to make our own item for him. Fresh food and friendly (slow) service.

The luncheon menu of pasta is wonderful, good selection. My coworkers and I often eat at Renato's deli. Good selectio of Italian cuisine, licensed and small but very friendly.
