"Had dinner here twice with friends, would not come again. Food was ok, but real terrible service. Not a single smile from any of Waitresses, served us with bad attitude the whole night. Also the food took ages to come, FYI we were their first group of customers for that evening, so don't understand what was the hold up."

Its ok! Went here last night for a pre wedding dinner with a few friends, it was a warm night and we were seated close to the kitchen and felt that the aircon could have been turned on to keep the heat from the kitchen out of the dinning area. The dinning area is nice and works well with a wood bar and some exposed brick feature wall.  We ordered some starters to share, squid and empanadas which were a nice fried pastry filled with mince much like a meated curry puff. They were fairly busy this night and looked a little understaffed as we had to remind the waitress a couple of times to bring the drinks we ordered. Had dinner at Sosta's on Sunday with the family. Being a Sunday night made parking easier but it still took a few minutes to find one. I found the decor appealing and the chairs comfortable so the first impressions were good. The staff from arrival through to departure were nice, they new their product and were very courteous. To start we shared some dishes, the salt and pepper squid being my favourite. The portion size was quite generous and the squid was tender and tasty. I have always wanted to go to this place and finally decided to spend our 7 year anniversary dinner at this outlet. I was very happy with the server who gave us an option to sit inside or outside even though we did not have a reservation. Well we took a nice cosy corner inside and we're looking forward to the meal. We ordered 2 glasses of the All saints moscato which was fantastic. Now we had to wait for sometime till we could place our order, I understand the restaurant was busy. This establishment has in the past delivered top quality food and service. The food last night was no exception. The Jamon was great and the bread perfectly char toasted. The t-bone and scotch fillet were perfectly seasoned, full flavored and cooked. The sides were also perfect. The service was a different story. Appalling. Our napkins were left on our plates, I had to ask the waitress for the specials that was explained as "1.2kg steak that's good for two people". Way to sell it to me. We are a carnivore so this time we pick a restaurant who can accommodate our craving of meat. For entree we ordered Provoleta, melted provolone in a clay pot. It was good, we loved it. For main course we decided to have Parrilada de carne. It was a big portion, we ordered the fired grill for two but it took us three people to finish it. I didn't really like the meat, it was dry and wasn't really good or tasty. The service from 1/10 I gave score 6. Service need improvement, the manager didn't really show a hospitality attitude. All staff didn't communicate well with customer, didn't make eye contact.

My colleague recommended this restaurant to me and we went there on a Saturday night. We ordered 2 entrees and 3 main courses for thee people. The waitress did not take any notes for our order, which results one of our entrees did not get served eventually, but still put on our final bill. We came complained and deducted from our bill, but they dod not even apologise for this. Steak and sauce have to be ordered and charged separately. $8 for sauce is bit over priced especially it is served as a topping, not even in a separate container. Would not go back again and would not recommend to my friend.

Nice place. The restaurant was very nice aesthetically. The food was hit and miss I guess. The mushroom dish as a starter was great and full of flavour. The potatoes were 10/10. The seafood plate was large but mainly full of mussels for $60 it looked huge but probably not worth it. The two oysters were tiny. The prawns were delicious as was the salmon and cooked perfectly. The meat platter lacked flavour and was quite tough. Overall I think it's overpriced and not worth what you get. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

It was a Thursday night not too busy. I had the mussels for entree and was average, I asked the staff if that was the way Argentinians had it and was quickly corrected that it was a Spanish dish!!! ???? I had the goat for mains and came with patatas bravas and again I asked if this is a traditional argentine dish and was quickly corrected and was told it is a Spanish dish! ???? Service is average, staff are not that friendly. Will go back to Gauchos next time!
