We went to this restaurant for lunch and were greeted by a very friendly young woman. We decided to order a small salad with half a chicken schnitzel, pasta salad, and a marinated steak salad. The salads were fresh and delicious. It was great to be able to get a high-quality salad at a reasonable price. They were packed full and tightly packed. The restaurant was clean and very busy with a wide variety of salad choices for everyone. I would love to return to this place the next time I am in Canberra. My mum and I visited the store for an early light lunch on a day out recently. We both chose the Grilled Chicken Wrap which had grilled chicken, tomatoes, mixed lettuce, cucumber and mild chili mayo sauce. I chose to have mine fresh, whereas my mum had hers toasted. We both enjoyed our respective wraps. Not only was the food delicious and healthy, the staff are amazing here. I was very impressed with the ability their to multi-task and remain polite and friendly.
I stopped in for a quick lunch at SO, a chain I have visited at multiple locations. I usually enjoy their coffee, but at this particular location, it was a bit too milky for my taste. Their salads are decent and quite filling. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly. I'm not a fan of their pre-made products, as they could use some better dressing and seasoning.
The food is absolutely delicious, and as beautiful added extra, the folks who run this kiosk are seriously day-brighteners : Shafira and Tegan (hope I got their names right are standouts, with no prompting whatsoever they asked if I wanted marshmallows for my drink and made sure I had cutlery : Could not recommend enough! 20/10 :D

A great lunch option if your looking for healthy tasty options. I always experience great service and the staff are always efficient The salads are aways fresh, never had a bad one and staff are always topping them up. Great to have a place in Civic that offers healthy choices for a takeaway lunch
Wasn't sure what to have for dinner, walked past soul origin and they started putting out containers of salads left over for the day $5 and if a salad wasn't in container but in display they would put in container. Got 4 for family dinner, bargain and beautiful. Will be back!!
The restaurant not only serves excellent coffee, but also provides exceptional service. The vast array of fresh salads was both impressive and appealing. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and will be sure to return on my next visit.
Found a great place for a delicious sandwich. Everything looks fresh and tasty. I had a toasted snitty roll. So good. My wife said her chicken sandwich was perfect. Im looking forward to coming back to Canberra just get another roll.

Over 3 years ago wrote a review, leftovers cheaper in the afternoon. Gone up 2 for $12 and smaller dishes; was already pre packed! Got 4 dishes for the family. Hopefully improves next time we drop in.
Real healthy food. Excellent salads and the large baguettes and sandwiches look good too if you want to indulge. Quality of coffe is above average and consistent.
