Soulman's - Tisch reservieren

Oh, wow! The other reviews are true, Soulmans has excellent bbq! The meat is deliciously smoked. Beautiful smoke rings and taste. The brisket was melted tasty in your mouth. The ribs are perfect! The pulled pig was so juicy and tender. None of the meats needed sauce. This is definitely a sign of great bbq. The pages were also delish. Especially the Ranchero beans. Service was great and staff friendly. The dining area was clean.

Meat is the star here!! Brisket was really tasty, so tender and not dry at all. Chicken is moist and slightly smoky. Ribs were tender and seasoned well. Sides were ok, potato salad and Mac and cheese not outstanding, but good. Beans needed to be cooked about 30 more minutes, too firm for my taste. Buttermilk pie was heavenly! Overall, the meat ruled, which is all that matters at a bbq joint. Will definitely be back.

Customer service for this restaurant is amazing!!! The first order we delivered was a missing thing. But when we sent them via e-mail, the owner called my husband and then the branch manager actually took out a new order and issued it. They went beyond and beyond to help my husband. He is a truck driver and it meant to him the world that the staff took the extra time to help him.

Some people judge a BBQ facility by only Brisket. Right here, but I like to try ribs, chicken and sausage and how everything comes and goes together. The bride and ribs here are delicious. Sausage melts in your mouth. I come back to the chicken (and dessert). I had potato salad and green beans as my side. I washed all this with a sweet tea with a lemon.

Brisket and ribs were perfect! Grabed some banana pudding for the street and arranged the bell on the way out.
