Was asked if I ever had Ukrainian food by an online friend. After them saying I should try it I looked on Yelp. This place was about 30 min away. So off I went, easy location to find, very prompt service. You order at the counter. I must say I am impressed. Everything was very good. I had the pork cabbage rolls with red borche soup. Even as stuffed as I was I ended up ordering hot sausages, potato salad and cake to go in order to try these items. Highly recommend this place and the food will not disappoint
Small shop with good regional fare, eastern European, Ukrainian I'm guessing. There are a few small booths in the restaurant. Food was good at a reasonable price. I give it 5 stars because of what it is, this is not fine dining nor was it meant to be, but everything went well and the food was ready quickly, was tasty and packed well (I got take out). I can't speak to authenticity as I have not been to Ukraine but I'm guessing it is authentic I'll leave that to someone more knowledgeable on the subject.
Beautiful cuisine of my ancestors! Really delicious and authentic Ukrainian food, so grateful I found this place. Everything was delicious. The holubsti was exceptional. I will definitely be back. If I could critique one thing it’s the poor marketing in the restaurants name. It could really be misleading and a more authentic Ukrainian name would do it well for advertising it’s rare to find fare!
We test the soup combination with the cabbage roll and the #1combo with the Perogies. The Borscht soup was great and not what I thought it was. The tomato bath for the Perogies was so good that we also used it on our other dishes. Great service and we're back? We came back and got the Borscht with the sausage roll. Great!
Fast and delicious! ? Very good prices. Great selections for everybody. Very clean and beautiful location. The views out of the windows are phenomenal. ? Bonus: they give you 4% off if you pay with cash! ? We got combo #1, cherry vareniki (boiled of course), hearty chicken bouillon. Very happy with everything!
Outstanding homemade soups. We enjoyed cream of mushroom and chicken noodle. The polish sausage and bratwurst were amazing. Relaxing upbeat music was playing. We can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu. Our hostess was super sweet.
Very unique flavor! That's the best way to describe it. I didn't dine in. I had it DoorDashed so I can't comment on the service or the ambiance but this place was worth the try!
Absolutely amazing food! The staff is friendly and helpful. My favorites were the cabbage ball, dumplings, and smoked sausage, but it was all great. Can?t wait to go back.
