Server was very kind. It was my 1st time there so I asked her if they had a soup and salad combo and she said they only did a soup and sandwich combo and I'd have to buy the salad separately.I paid over $10 for a cup of clam chowder and a bread. I got it to go. When I got home I saw that there was no butter of anything else to go with the bread. I was very disappointed but what was worse is I literally got 1 clam and maybe 10 small potatoes in the entire soup and everything else was watery. I was really hoping to like it because there is no Boudin in Lodi but I didn't and it even made me sick to my stomach. Not fun.I went to Boudin the next day. I recently saw Sourdough Co. decided how nice it would be to have some great sourdough French bread , we love it. So I took a detour on my route to Costco and went there. I had a nice middle eastern girl wait on me and she took my order of a baked sourdough loaf of bread. While I was waiting I watched the only other employee a young white girl make sandwiches. She acted and participated like it was so much beneath her, throwing loafs of bread to counters and slamming down pieces of cheese and meat apart as if they had a disease. I am so sorry but somebody needs to watch these employees or your business may no longer be viable. I just came in for a loaf of bread!
This location is out of everything. Everytime i go they are always out of cookies and soups. Honestly, their service is decent. Ive been there 5-6 times and have never had a problem with cashier or any of the workers and they get my sandwich right everytime and order. But i would like to say, one day i did have a heafty order and i went to add more to the order (my family member changed their mind last second and they ignored me for 5 mins and pretended like I wasn't even there. I did feel bad but at the same time... You are a food place i will say much better than the Manteca branch. Well done :
Absolutely the WORST experience. I know finding employees with good customer service can be difficult but the teenagers you hired at this store recently are simply NOT up to par. Arrived to place a to go order and was met with sassy terrible attitude. I let it go and politely finished placing my order but this interaction continued to bother me. I will simply never return to this store and will be placing my negative experience elsewhere online. I hope you take the time to better train your employees as I am sure you will be losing many more loyal customers like myself in the future.

If I could give a rating a -ZERO I would!!! I have never know a place to screw up an order as much as this place. They hardly ever answer the phone when trying to place an order. My father (87) drove from Fairmont St. to ordered a chowder bread bowl and a Italian sandwich. When he came home....he got a cup of chowder and NO bread bowl and the sandwich was NOT an Italian. It was a Turkey sandwich and it was 31.00. I will NEVER go here again and I will let EVERYONE know how bad this place is.
Wonderful little sandwich shop. I came in around supper time and had the smoked brisket sandwich. There is no smoker here (that I saw) so the quality of the brisket is certainly questionable. That being said I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. The chip selection was disappointing. I suffered through a bag of Sunchips. The only drink option was a soda fountain , which cost them a star.Brew some Tea! The old fashion way!
If you're up for a quick sandwich drink this place can't be beat. Very good sandwiches in a timely manner. I had the traditional turkey salami it was very good. Quick bite to eat after shopping in the surrounding area. Cookies must be good cause they were all out when we got there. Will have to try again when in the area shopping.
Their lobster Mac and cheese is SOOO tasty! I had the hot pastrami and it was delicious....the Sourdough was crispy...a perfect crunchy texture for a sandwich! Also, the bread was thin, which suits me because I don't like super thick sandwiches that are overwhelmingly bready.

Food was good...but, service very slow, yesterday it took over 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, one of which was made wrong. The temperature was so cold us and others needed jackets inside, and our fingers went numb.
My first time eating here and food was Delicious! Bread was super fresh but staff was rude and not really helpful.
