This place is run by an old rude hag of a woman. Stay Away! No good morning, smile or even a welcome look when you say hello. She is just miserable and probably just counting her last days of her miserable life on earth. Charged me $1.25 extra for using my CC to pay for $5.50 sandwich. When I realized I was overcharged the rude lady indicated that there is a sign at the counter that indicates the charge. I told her I was a new customer and did not see or read any sign. She should have at least informed me rather than having me pay 22% extra just for using a CC. She was rude and indicated she will not inform every customer, that's it. I would not recommend this restaurant. The owner was extremely rude, which caused me a lot of stress—I'm not joking when I say it gave me high blood pressure and heartburn for a week. I will definitely not be returning. Seriously, it's best to stay away. Additionally, he charged me for three half subs that were all identical, even though I ordered one whole tuna sub and a half. He listed it as three halves on the ticket. It's not worth eating where you can't have trust in the service.
Horrible experience, we ordered the turkey with roast beef, and my husband specifically said no onions, he can’t have them at all. When we called back to tell them, some man over the phone said just take them off and hung up. My husband will throw up if he eats onions. I showed up to the place and I asked how he can treat customers like that and he said “because I can”. Very bad service and ignores order requests, rude to customers!
Avoid this place! The woman at the counter is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Don't be misled by the overly positive reviews from friends or family. Make sure to read the genuine reviews on Yelp, Google, and similar platforms. Both the elderly man and woman are not nice people and have no idea how to run a restaurant properly. It's no surprise that the place is always empty.

These people were nastyy no patience, treated you like they doing you a favor, i even told owner sir this is my first time here have a little patience with me and he said , “ no we dont have patience here” I couldn’t even believe how they treat their customers… both him and his wife were very disrespectful
The food was delicious, and I had a great experience in 2023. However, in 2024, things took a turn. Despite previously ignoring their sour demeanor and rude behavior, today I encountered yet another instance of their ugly racism. I will not be returning.
The restaurant is immaculate, the food is fantastic, and the owner is extremely friendly. It's also easily accessible for individuals with disabilities, offers great service, and has convenient parking available.
Old lady at the front desk clearly hates her life and job. She’s rude to anyone that walks through that door like it’s an inconvenience to them. RETIRE!!
