Made a 7:00 reservation week ahead of time to bring group of 7 friends visiting from out of town for Fri night. Called day of and pushed reservation back to 7:30 and talked to very kind woman who was accommodating and polite. When we arrived to restaurant at 7:20 host was rude and harsh about us being late blaming me for confusion about changed reservation time. Then he proceeded to sit us in back room which lacks any ambiance alongside very large party (25ppl). Service was slow yet somehow we felt rushed all of dinner. This restaurant tends to serve everything you ordered all at once, regardless of table size. We ordered four appetizers for just two people, and while we didn’t specifically ask for them to be brought out more slowly, it’s clear that two people can’t handle four appetizers simultaneously. As a result, several servers crowded around our table, trying to manage the dishes and make space for more (which ultimately didn’t exist). They also started clearing our plates and silverware before we had finished eating. It’s puzzling why they rush, especially when the restaurant isn’t even close to full. Nice atmosphere. It seemed like the people who ordered later than us got their food first. Blueberry pancakes looked burned but tasted great. Salmon avocado toast looked great but in my opinion, there were too many garnishes giving it a slightly bitterflavor.
This was our first time at South Bay and it was awesome! We shared some small plates. Crab nachos, so good. Pork bao buns, off the charts, chicken tacos, very good! We ordered a 2nd round of the bao buns as they were so great. Can't wait to go back!

The employees exhibit outstanding friendliness, with many greeting guests upon arrival and bidding them farewell as they leave. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting.
I dropped by for a drink while I was waiting for my reservation at another restaurant. The drinks were fantastic—certainly on the expensive side, but definitely worth it.
This was our first visit to Sounth Bay. We were very please with the freshness of the food and our server was excellent. We will be going back.
Good music, good people great atmosphere at the bottom of Greenwich avenue near train station. Used to be Casey's years ago.......

Great atmosphere. Great app with hummus and tzatziki, and great Mediterranean salad with salmon. Will be back for more
The calamari and coconut shrimp I ordered at South Bay Greenwich seemed overcooked, possibly due to the oil they use.
