I’ve been here for a year so far. I see some bad reviews but i personally think this is a great spot. In the middle of Orange County and near 3 freeways. Getting anywhere is easy. Leasing office is great and professional. Ive had a couple of issues during this year and maintenance has been on top of it, they would get it fixed in a day or 2 max. 2 points that could be improved. guest parking rent prices since some Apts are smaller in SqFt. But ill still give this 5 stars.
Horrible management, NO PARKING, full of Termites, they keep closing the entrances “for maintenance” all the time and dont even care about where there residents are supposed to park. They are polite and nice ONLY before you become their resident. Once they get the money, say goodbye to customer service. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Every year they raise the rent between $180-250 Dollars. You can find a better places close by. Don't waste your money here.
Mold is another major issue; we’re advised to air out the apartment after showers. This seems unreasonable, as I’ve never encountered this problem in other places I’ve lived. It feels like the management only cares about their own interests, not those of the residents. I would strongly recommend against living here, and be sure to read the fine print before signing any lease agreements for something that isn't worth what you're paying.
I've been living here for over three years, and I've never had a single problem with this fantastic apartment. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to do whatever they can to assist with any issues you might have. The leasing office is completely ineffective. They have a corporate mentality and show little concern for the tenants. They will sign you up and then increase the rent to the maximum allowed each year. Proceed with a lease at your own financial risk.
My friend lives here it is very beautiful nice apartments quite a few swimming pools Jacuzzis a few laundry rooms on site and a gym
Went to delivera Wal-Mart order thru UberEats. Very confusing layout. Recommend a map in more places than just the entrance.
