Normally I don't leave reviews, and frankly I'm usually indifferent to the level of service provided at a fast food restaurant, however I had a very negative experience and I wanted to share it. So, first of all, I went there with my two boys aged 7 and 12. Just after getting the staff to replace my burger which was very pink on the inside (which they did without hesitation so I'm fine with that), I went back to my table and my 7 year old son's chair flipped over from the bent leg sending him to the floor and his orange soda everywhere. It was very loud and all the staff saw this happen including the manager. Many of the customers in line asked if he was ok. NOT ONCE did a staff member come...
I ordered the BYOB Burger Pop Fries Combo at this restaurant. We were able to customize the toppings for the burger. The burger did not have cheese, as it was an extra cost. The burger and fries were decent, and the drink was a large size. However, I felt that the price, including tax, was a bit high for the quality of the food. It is priced similarly to Harvey's, but I personally prefer the Double Angus burger at Harvey's because the patties are thicker and juicier. If you find yourself in Vaughan Mills on a busy day and struggle to find a place to sit, this restaurant might be worth a try.
I had a pretty good experience at this restaurant. It seemed a bit cramped, but there was plenty of seating available. The burger I ordered was prepared quickly and the guy serving the fries was very generous with the portions, which was greatly appreciated. The burger itself was delicious, with a juicy and tasty patty. Even though it was supposed to be spicy, it wasn't, but that was fine with me. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go back if I was in the area again.
I have to be honest, the location and atmosphere of this restaurant are great. However, I was disappointed with the angus burger as it was overcooked and lacked flavor. It was still better than the chicken option though. For a better gourmet-style pub burger, I would suggest going to The Works. This franchise just doesn't deliver the quality I expected. I wouldn't recommend spending money on a fake gourmet burger that tastes like something you'd find at a fast food joint.

Simply the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The poutine was excellent too. Just ensure you take a moment to get the add-on’s right for a brilliant experience. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely visiting them. My friends and I had an amazing time.

wow, the burger was terrible. very stiff rolls and hard to chew burger. everything to eat. meat served cold and not fresh. friends are decent and the workers are nice and hard working. quality of food needs a great improvement.
