So many local donuts in the cypress area yet alone off Fry road between 290 to 529.This place really peaked my interest with their kronut holes and they were delicious but a little on the sweet side. Something to think about if you are a crazy sweet person. Their Vietnamese coffee is tasty and not bad at all for a donut shop. Kolaches and donuts all taste fresh even when I come later in the day. I was able to speak with either owner or manger not sure who but they knew a lot and I forgot to ask who they were. Disappointing!! Ordered 6 chocolate donuts and we thought they were gonna be fresh….. no they freaking just added chocolate to older donuts that had different icing on it. We had a few strawberry ones and others. Like really… you didn’t want to make another batch that you were so lazy. They were gross and stale tasting. Also their kolachies I received felt like the dough wasn’t cooked all the way and more. Upset I used to love this place… and now they just turned to trash
This is one of my favorite place to visit at breakfast with all the specials that they have. Good menu and well reasoned. The Kolaches are marvelous. The staff was friendly and went the extra step to make sure everything was good for us. Don't miss out on this experience. Exactly the quality you expext from Southern Maid donut !!

Their coffee is so amazing that they've raised my standards so high that I no longer enjoy Starbucks coffee as much, haha. This has become my go-to place!

We are KT taekwondo academy alumni. So this donuts shop is our only one choice. But you will never be disappointed.
