Today me and my co-worker ordered lunch from Southern Sweets. I AM BEYOND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!! I ordered the Little Havana Cuban 10.75 Whole Only House baked ham and smoked pork tenderloin which sounded delicious. Boy was I in for a great disappointment. Where was the baked ham and smoked pork tenderloin???????? Not on my sandwich!!!! What I received was what looked like paper thin deli sliced meat that looked like turkey instead of pork tenderloin and what looked like deli sliced
I highly recommend this bakery for any of your baking needs! Whether it’s for a birthday or just cause, they will give you a great experience. We ordered 2 cakes, red velvet and coconut, for my birthday party and they were both a hit. They were moist, delicious, and perfectly in the middle of fluffy and dense. Everyone at the bakery was very kind and helpful as well. Can’t wait to order from them again!
This is a lovely little place tucked away in an unassuming location. They have wonderful options for breakfast/lunch. I had the Cobb salad, which was marvelous. But the main attractions are the sweets! So many different cakes and pies to choose from. The pound cakes are all wonderful and the bourbon bread pudding is great, too! Also have brownies/bars and (seasonally) Peach cobbler.
It was definitely a twist to some delicious breakfast. I had the shrimp and grits fixed away I've never had before and super yummy. More than enough with toast and raspberry jelly omg! The almond butter cake too dry. Went back for a sandwich nahhh and a piece of caramel cake nah. I'll always remember the shrimp and grits very filling. I will try the breakfast burrito. Great place for a sweet treat cuppa. They also offer other items as well, plus catering. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great atmosphere to relax and just enjoy the day inside or outside patio. Gluten free Almond butter cream was nice a bit sweet with a very mild almond flavor. Boston cream cake was very smooth, and tasty.
My visit to Southern Sweets Bakery was fantastic. They have a great variety of tasty treats. When we came to pick up a cake, we were excited to find they offer Vegan choices. The cake was absolutely delicious, and I strongly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for Vegan desserts.
So I have been here for their desserts before and they are good. I saw they did breakfast and a friend who referred me said breakfast is good too. I had the smoked salmon scramble with parmesian cheese grits. Everything was freshly cooked and great.

Southern Sweets did an incredible job with our wedding cake! We've gotten cakes from here for the past few years for birthdays etc. and this was our first time ordering a custom cake. The process was super easy and it turned out great!
