The restaurant is situated behind the Swan Hotel. It has a lovely, cozy atmosphere with a strong Italian influence. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing perfect and speedy service. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food is fresh and delicious. I ordered garlic bread with mozzarella, tagliatelli with garlic, porcini mushrooms, and coriander, as well as thin fries, all of which were very tasty. The prices are fair.
This restaurant is the closest thing to authentic Italian gelato that you can find in Bedford or the surrounding area. It is a lovely family-friendly establishment with fresh ingredients, daily-made pasta, and gelato. The children's menu is excellent, and my family enjoys coming here for a special treat.
Tucked away behind the remnants of the old Bedford Castle, this Italian Anglo restaurant is one of the best in Bedford. It offers great value and boasts friendly, helpful staff. It's also a perfect spot for enjoying a coffee and gelato.
