We went for a drive and ended up finding this place. Thought it was going to be better then it was but was highly disappointed. After walking in we was sat then the waitress came and my husband ordered a drink for each of us and something to start our meal with. I watched 4 people walk away after they placed it in the window to bring out it took another 5 minutes for anyone to grab it after being in the window. It was cold when we got it and I was not happy paying 13 bucks for something I got cold. About another 20 minutes we got our food. If I could give a 0 star rating for service, I would. We sat for 40 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Once our food came out, the server again disappeared. I had to hunt him down to let him know my teen’s burger was wrong, and when I did he said we “shouldn’t have ordered that burger if we didn’t like what was in it”. Mind you, we asked for no sauce or onions. Not something completely off the wall. We also got one glass of water each that was never refilled. The food is ok, but not worth sitting there for 2.5 hours just for someone to be passive aggressive to you.
The tables around us ordered a variety of drinks from the bar, all of which looked appealing. We chose the carnitas nachos and a Greek salad topped with gyro meat. While all the flavors were enjoyable, the nachos were slightly overcooked, with some chips being a bit dark. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the nachos appeared to be made with house-made tortilla chips, which didn’t detract from the overall dish.
In conclusion, we had a pleasant dining experience, and we plan to return in the future.
I absolutely love Spanks! It’s a true staple of this neighborhood. The service and food are both excellent, and the drinks are always fantastic! If you’re in search of a friendly atmosphere and a delicious meal, this is definitely the place to be!

Blowen away by the service and damn the food is on point. Too many good things to mention but the curds are the best you can get. Dan is a super good dude and an awesome server! Definitely will be back for the hospitality this place slings
SIX DOLLARS extra for an impossible patty on DoorDash? I get charging a few bucks more (though plenty of places don’t). 6 bucks more is insane. Could be great food, but I won’t find out for that price.
We have only been here once but the service was good and we enjoyed the entrees we had. Looks like a great spot to visit once the weather is warmer with their cover patio area.
