I ordered from these guys before and didn't have any significant complaints until now. I ordered my meals and awaited delivery. I never received an email telling me when my orders were being shipped, nor did I receive a tracking number up to one month after I placed my order. I emailed them twice and never received a response. Finally, I called and was informed they were no longer shipping meals to California because the weather was too hot this year. They never told me of this at any time before me contacting them. When I asked for a refund, the representative on the phone promised that the money would be repaid by the end of the day. I placed my second order on August 26th. Later that evening, I received a call informing me that some of the items I had chosen were out of stock, even though their website indicated they were available. We agreed to have my order delivered the following week. On Sunday, September 3rd, I emailed them to ask if my order would be delivered that day, and they confirmed that it would. Horrible customer service and doesn't return emails or phone calls. I made an order two months ago and I never received my order. Within one month of emailing and texting and not getting a response back the owner finally called me a month later saying he going to make it right and send only half of the meal because I live in Florida and shipping the meals to me would be hot because of the summer heat. Which I was fine with. Till this, I haven't received it. I reach out to them yesterday morning around 6 am because I work night one of the employees claim that it was too early and basically im bothering her/him and didn't care about my concern. My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this place for a few weeks now. The food is tasty, although there are a few items that I'm not particularly fond of—though I think that's just a matter of personal preference. They offer a wide variety of options that accommodate both of our diets, and there are plenty of choices for me despite my food sensitivities. This week, I had a problem with my order, but Chris was super helpful and made sure everything was sorted out. I'm looking forward to my next delivery because that coconut fish is incredible!
It took three weeks to receive 16 meals when I ordered 21 and snacks. 0 meals were cold or ever cool. 4 containers cracked. One container was already spoiled. I what meals I could save in the fridge for two days before throwing everything away due to the spoiled smell when opening the refrigerator—no customer service department. So now I am out over $300. I will be escalating this experience to the BBB.
Idk how anyone can give these guys a bad review. I called and chris was very professional and answered all my questions. They had my meals bagged and ready to go an hour after the phone call and the food is amazing for building muscle. Definitely would recommend to anyone trying to eat clean and make amazing gains
The food is excellent! My gym recently began selling their products, and I can confidently say that I speak for everyone at the gym when I say these folks truly deliver!
