The coffee is delicious BUT the service is BAD! I went there today Saturday July 22 at noon. The cashier girl is not friendly nor kind. I ordered a chicken sandwich and she gave me a pork sandwich and when I said I ordered a chicken sandwich, she got mad and showing an angry face, saying nothing, she just left. Later my husband ask a sandwich to go and she gave it to him in a plate but when he said it was to go she got angry again and make that angry face, she said in a rude way: so you want it to go? he said yes I ordered to go, and again she left mad saying nothing. Actually my sister who was in another table saw that same cashier snatch a menu in a rude way from a toddler who was grabbing...
Spectra Coffee came highly recommended by a friend, taking over the spot that was once a Starbucks. This place is horrible. First of all the drip coffee has no drip it is literally tasting like medicine and then i get told that one of the managers will call me but this never happens for hours. I callback after few hours and the worker tells me they refunded it for the whole amount. I am simply asking for proof and the lady tells me rudely come here and take a pic of it like what lol. We as the customer dont have to waste our time doing all that. She can simply just forward a email the picture of it to me. Also i wanted to talk to one of the managers to see why the drip coffee has that very tangy and foul medicine like taste even with sugar and cream.
Cute little coffee shop located in the Almaden shopping plaza. I've seen this place so many times while shopping at Costco and Trader Joe's and never tried it until today when I needed my coffee fix. : I got an iced mocha and was pleased with it. The wait was a bit longer than I was hoping for...probably around 10 minutes. There was a party of 4 in front of me who ordered drinks and food so perhaps that's why it took longer....seems like a popular spot. They have a variety of food options including sandwiches. I’ve attempted to study here 4 times. Of the 4 times, I’ve only found seating once. I want to like this place and the latte I had was good the one time I was there, but I never get a chance to actually give them a chance. I’m really looking to be a regular somewhere since I have to study everyday. Props that they’re so popular though. There’s really no other solution than for them to add more seating, but that’s it. Oh well.
Place was busy on a Sunday afternoon. Staff was friendly and polite. Tried the iced honey lavender latte (really good) and the iced banana crème latte (barely any banana taste). Cute but small indoor area, some outdoor seating. Located in a very busy shopping plaza that shares a parking lot with Costco and Trader Joe’s.
Unbelievably excellent cafe/coffee shop. Excellent food, fabulous coffee, great vibes. These guys deserve 6 stars, not 5!!!!Amazing joint! No wonder they’re always full.

They make a great chicken banh Mi sandwich. The chicken is pulled apart without fat or skin. A simply delicious and healthy sandwich.
